Guests with advance bookings can enter any time up to 1 hour after the show starts — the earlier, the better.

After that 1-hour mark, any headphones still waiting will be handed out to guests on the walk-up waitlist.
Advance bookings keep entry priority, but you can only enter once a headphone set has been returned.

Even if online booking is sold out, about 100 walk-up spots are held for on-site entry.
Come at the reception booth opening time to get in on the day.

Booking multiple tickets? — One representative leaves their ID and collects all the headphones for the group.
