We have 100 spare headphones for on-site reception. The reception booth opens an hour in advance.

Cancellation / Refund Guide

Using the cancellation feature on your My Page order history by 6 PM the day before the event will trigger an automatic 100% refund.

Same-day cancellations are not automatically refunded. Whether or not you used your E-TICKET does not affect the refund policy. Only cancellations made before 12 PM on the day of the performance are recognized as same-day cancellations.
💳 PayPal payments: A non-refundable cancellation fee of $0.70 per ticket applies and will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is charged by PayPal and is beyond our control.

If you contact us, we will process your cancellation and refund after the performance ends (checked on the following weekday), with a 50% fee applied.

Cancellation / Refund Guide in Case of Rain

If the event cannot proceed due to rain, we will notify you via announcement and text message, and the cancellation and refund process will be handled automatically.
